Your mission

You take full responsibility for HR operations at Thryve and are the decisive driver of our team’s growth. While you’re happy to support each member of the team to perform at their best and foster team spirit across home-office and remote-work, your main mission is to expand our team across different departments and geographical locations.

Job requirements

  • At least two years of HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent capabilities across the HR life cycle, from onboarding and individual development to performance and wages management
  • Excellent English, familiarity with German is a plus
  • Familiar with German employment law
  • While you’re familiar with company policy designs, you thrive if you can make everyone bring their best to work
  • Excellent recruiting capabilities
