Job requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a Jr. Sales Manager that will grow our global customer base within digital health, one of the fastest-growing industries of our times. You develop new business opportunities from identification to a signed contract and represent Thryve towards prospects, customers, and partners.
Must-Haves for our Junior Sales Manager
- Great communicator (fluent English is a must, German is a plus)
- One year + of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in entrepreneurship or the health industry
- A knack for IT architectures and SaaS services
Nice-to-Haves for our Junior Sales Manager
- Familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRMs
- Experience in API infrastructures & rapid data processing systems
Responsibilities
- Identifying and outreach to potential customers
- Providing an outstanding customer experience covering inbound requests, coordinating product demos and helping navigate through the sales process
- Creating and maintaining supportive collateral like FAQs and templates
- Supporting Thryves product development with distilled insights on customer requirements and service growth opportunities
