We're looking for a stellar AI strategy lead, that shapes and executes our strategy transforming zillions of individual health data points into better care. Designing and evaluating market opportunities, your success is measured by the transformative impact of AI solutions for our customers and the overall Thryve data platform. Its your responsibility to take your vision from concept to concrete AI use cases by understanding and co-creating customer demands and ensuring delivery within the Thryve team and platform.

• Shaping the company and product strategy in data-driven health services, defining key focus areas for execution

• Driving execution through identification of implementation pathways and ecosystem collaborations

• Overseeing and guiding the AI initiatives on a conceptual level and sparring with the operational team during delivery

• A driven mind, outstandingly aspirational to push the boundaries of AI in health data

• Excellent communicator that thrives exploring, designing and delivering cooperations and projects with customers and partners

• Able to work independently in close collaboration with tech, building ideas into working AI-empowered services

You have

• A strong vision for the way AI will reshape healthcare verticals and business model

• A profound understanding of the specifics of health data – from the challenges of common semantics like HL7/FHIR to the applicability of digital biomarkers to legal access modalities

• A solid understanding of tech & LLMs, with hands-on experience in defining and setting up AI-use cases from the ground up

• A comprehensive understanding of the AI ecosystem and its value drivers

• Experience in a leadership or strategy consulting role, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare sector

• An outstanding educational backgrounds, with a major in medicine or natural sciences as a plus
