Job requirements
We’re looking for a passionate, proactive (Junior) Product Manager who’s eager to (co-)own products and experiences transforming our wearable data platform into meaningful experiences.
If digital health sets your heart racing, you don’t think wearing three wearables at a time will make you feel like a dork and if you thrive on autonomy and a get-things-done mentality – this role is for you.
You will get the opportunity to own the entire lifecycle – from crafting vision statements to shipping the next iteration. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams to make 24/7 health data tangible for end-users and product stakeholders.
⸻
Key Responsibilities
Shape Vision & Product Thesis – Form and iterate clear product visions, hypotheses, and success criteria for your areas.
Discovery & Prioritisation – Run stakeholder interviews and competitor tear-downs to uncover needs; translate them into lean backlogs and roadmaps.
Rapid Prototyping – Create low-fi prototypes (hands-on with design tooling and AI coding assistants) to validate ideas before build.
Specification & Delivery – Write concise PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; keep designers and engineers unblocked.
Stakeholder Alignment – Present trade-offs, capture feedback, and keep everyone focused on shared outcomes.
⸻
Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)
1–3 years in product, project, or business analysis (internships count).
Demonstrated passion for digital health and wearables (in your private or professional life).
Strong analytical chops; able to distil qualitative & quantitative inputs into crisp decisions.
Clear written and verbal English; comfortable adjusting depth for technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic grasp of mobile ecosystems, RESTful APIs, SaaS and product thinking.
⸻
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills)
Familiarity with wearable data, other medical data as well as FHIR, or similar data standards.
Hands-on ability to prototype using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Augment Code, Chatbots etc.).
Agile/Scrum know-how and tooling (Jira, Notion).
Please note that this is a hybrid position. We only consider applications from candidates living in Berlin or the surrounding area.
