Job requirements
We’re looking for a passionate (Junior) Customer Solutions Manager, who’s eager to help our customers build winning products on top of our health data platform.
Leveraging your profound understanding of the way health sensors are increasing interaction, engagement, retention and ultimately outcomes and top line, you’re advising new and existing customers alike on the best way to integrate Thryve. Based on the capabilities of the Thryve engine, you facilitate the design of solutions on a technical level and act as the primary contact for new features and services expansion. Closely partnering with our customers, you deeply understand their data needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure continued value delivery from our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
tailoring and delivering winning product demonstrations and PoCs, based on a thorough understanding of customers’ business models, value-drivers and technical needs
advising on best practices for API integration, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud infrastructure as well as workflows and UX
ensuring stakeholders are aligned, acceptance and implementation criteria are defined and gatekeepers unblocked
Identifying potentials for service improvements and distilling feedback into new product initiatives and informing customers about new features and opportunities
Designing (technical) collateral such as solution briefs, implementation guides, and scripts to accelerate future implementations

Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)
Strong analytical chops; able to guide and distill customer conversations to ensure alignment between expectations and solution design
1–3 years in product, project, or business analysis (internships count)
Strong communicator, with immaculate written and verbal English; comfortable adjusting depth for technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated passion for digital health and understanding of the industry
Understanding of data infrastructures based on SDKs and RESTful APIs, with a grasp of SaaS industry and product development

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills)
Familiarity with wearable data, other medical data as well as FHIR, or similar data standards.
Hands-on ability to prototype using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Augment Code, Chatbots etc.).
Agile/Scrum know-how and tooling (Jira, Notion).
