Join Thryve as a Product Manager for User Experience & Frontend Solutions

Thryve, a global leader in API engine technology for wearables and health sensor data, is seeking a Product Manager to drive an excellent service experience for the software engineers and product managers who use our platform to create cutting-edge health and wellness solutions.


Role Overview:

As the Product Manager User Experience & Frontend Solutions at Thryve, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all customer-facing components, from interactive data dashboards to integration guides and API documentation, deliver a seamless and exceptional user experience. You will work at the nexus of our marketing, sales, and customer support teams, providing them with superior service design tools.

In collaboration with our design, web development, and technical infrastructure teams, you will draft and oversee the implementation of UX/UI enhancements based on a deep understanding of our users’ needs. Your efforts will guarantee that every step of the customer journey—from accessing website information and requesting demo materials to signing up, billing, configuration, setup, and monitoring—is characterized by an intuitive and satisfying user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design, implementation and delivery of the UX/UI features that define our customers' service experience with Thryve, matching highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Synthesize requirements from various departments to craft coherent product roadmaps
  • Ensure a smooth, end-to-end service experience across all stages of customer interaction

Required Qualifications:

  • A proven technical background, ideally with a degree in ComputerScience or related fields, with experience in design and product management.
  • Ambitious mindset with an incredibly high bar for quality and a sharp visual mind
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS), APIs, and user interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical content effectively.
  • Skilled at creating seamless user experiences that span the entirety of the customer lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
